Feeding

Please note that boarding charges DO NOT INCLUDE food..

It is recommended to bring your own dog food, in case of need we can provide feeding upon an agreement.

The clients who feed their dogs with BARF or other cooked meals can take frozen portions with them, so their pet will be fed as it is used to.

NEWLY, we have installed web cameras in all rooms, which give you the opportunity to have a 24-hour overview of what your dog is doing. This service is charged in the amount of CZK 300/day.

NOTICE: We provide accommodation services primarily for animals – supplementary services as a web camera, transfers of animals, parking services, training, socialization, prophylactic visits VET, grooming and bathing the animals always provide according to capacity possibilities.

Boarding Terms and Conditions ▼

a dog must be vaccinated against rabies, parvovirus, distemper and leptospirosis (a vaccination card should be provided)

during hotel registration a dog must not show any obvious signs of illnesses and diseases

at least one week before hotel boarding a dog must be treated with an antiparasitic agent

the hotel is not liable for any viral diseases of a dog (the dog owner will cover all treatment costs)

BOARDING OPTIONS FOR AGGRESSIVE DOGS

Dogs that demonstrate aggressive states are boarded upon personal or telephone agreement. Please call miss Kuncová 724 841 799

We require a signed consent from the dog owner regarding special schedule and daily practices (muzzle wearing, activities according to the current dog behavior)

Necessary re-socialization during the stay (boarding price does not include)

The selection of a suitable room is provided by the hotel personnel (due to special arrangements needed for walking and training)
